Illuminated menu holders are supplied complete with bulbs and the components required for their operation, and their power supply must comply with current standards.
Menu holders are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of delivery. Components such as bulbs, keys and magnets are considered wear parts and are not covered by the warranty.
Products that have been transformed and/or modified cannot be covered by the warranty, nor can premature wear and tear due to misuse, impact, dropping or vandalism.
Spare parts are delivered postage and packing paid.
Special products cannot be returned or exchanged. A deposit of 30 to 50%, depending on the product, must be paid to confirm the order.
Some items are sold with packaging that must be respected when ordering.
Except in the case of error on our part, all returns of goods are to be made carriage paid, carriage paid, carriage paid to our head office, with a 10% deduction for inspection and reconditioning.
All claims must be made within 10 days of delivery.
In the event of a dispute, the Tribunal de Commerce de Saint-Etienne shall have sole jurisdiction, even in the event of multiple defendants.
In accordance with the law of May 12, 1980, the items in our catalog are subject to a reservation of title clause until full payment has been received.
In application of article L441-6 of the French Commercial Code, late payment penalties are due on the day following the payment date shown on the invoice, and unpaid sums will bear interest prorata temporis at three times the legal interest rate in force, plus a flat-rate penalty of €40 excluding VAT.
In accordance with the French law on the modernization of the economy since January 1, 2009. Payment of sums due may not exceed 60 days from the date of issue of the invoice.
In addition, if the purchaser has failed to meet any of his obligations under a previous order (late payment, non-payment), he may be validly refused the sale, except in the case of guarantees satisfying cash payment. No discount will be granted for cash or advance payment.
Goods are transported and delivered at the consignee's risk. The goods must be checked in the presence of the carrier, and clear reservations must be made on the delivery note. These reservations must be confirmed with the carrier by recorded delivery within 48 hours (Article L133 of the French Commercial Code).
